Nine Elms Vaccine Centre is operated by Medirex Pharmacy, located at 28–29 Wilcox Close, London SW8 2UD. By using this website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments and bookings
Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed booking. We will contact you within 2 hours during opening hours to confirm your appointment. Appointments are subject to availability.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 020 7622 2821 or emailing hello@nineelemsvaccine.co.uk. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are starting prices per dose unless otherwise stated. The exact cost of your treatment will be confirmed at consultation before any vaccine is administered. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Clinical responsibility
Our practitioners will provide professional clinical advice based on the information you share with us. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, current medications, and previous adverse reactions to vaccines before treatment. Nine Elms Vaccine Centre accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.
All vaccines are administered by qualified, registered practitioners. We follow all current UK clinical guidelines and MHRA-approved protocols.
Yellow fever certificates
Yellow fever vaccination and IHR certificates are issued in accordance with World Health Organisation and Public Health England requirements. The certificate is valid for the lifetime of the patient as per current WHO regulations. It is your responsibility to verify entry requirements for your destination country before travel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nine Elms Vaccine Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
