When you use our appointment booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment date and time, vaccine or service required, travel destination, and any medical notes you choose to share such as allergies or previous reactions. This information is collected solely to process your appointment request and provide you with appropriate clinical care.
If you contact us by email or phone, we may retain a record of that correspondence.
We do not collect any data through cookies beyond what WordPress requires to function, and we do not run any advertising or tracking scripts on this website.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to confirm and manage your appointment, contact you regarding your booking, provide appropriate clinical advice, and maintain your vaccination records as required by our clinical and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
Patient health and appointment records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in line with NHS and GPhC guidance for pharmacy records. If you have enquired but not attended an appointment, we will delete your data within 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it, object to processing, and request restriction of processing.
